I’ve been trying to reach customer support for 6 months for a non functional unit and there has been no replies from them, what a shame

I purchased this unit off Kickstarter and am very pleased with the product. It arrived on time and was exactly as described. I fully charged it and use it exclusively for my motorcycle. It is easy to use, set it to the desired pressure and start. It shuts off when that pressure is reached. It was stored over the winter and still had enough charge this spring to do the tires again.
