Return process

Step 1: Provide your order number via email support@oakiron.tech.
Step 2: When we pass your refund request, you will receive our warehouse address where the product should be returned to.
Step 3: You could expect to get your refund within 10 working days after we receive the returns.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects of your products purchased from OAK&IRON’s authorized distributors and retailers, such as Amazon, Kickstarter and Indiegogo, are covered by the 24-month warranty starting from the date when you receive the product. If you have requested a replacement, the replacement will continue the warranty of your original order. Example: You purchased an oak&iron product with a 24-month warranty and received it on 01/01/2022. After finding a quality-related defect, you requested a replacement on 02/01/2022. The warranty period of the replacement is still from 01/01/2022 to 01/01/2024. The warranty is restricted to the country of purchase, meaning that you can only claim the warranty in the country where you purchase the product. Please feel free to contact us directly via support@oakiron.tech, whenever you find any defects in our products.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyers in the following situations:

Returning products for any reasons other than a proven defect Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase Buyer’s accidental returns Returning personal items Costs associated with unauthorized returns(any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

*Products without sufficient proof of purchase
*Lost or stolen products Items that have expired their warranty period
*Non quality-related issues(after 30 days of purchase)
*Free products Repairs through 3rd parties

Loss incurred from the use of OAK&IRON products Returning personal items sent to OAK&IRON. When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by OAK&IRON, OAK&IRON takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
